The annual Gerard Sekoto Youth Festival is one of the JAG’s highlights. This event celebrates the life and work of Gerard Sekoto, a legendary South African artist and musician. This year’s rendition of the festival with be in two parts: a children’s component aimed at 5-16 year olds with storytelling, face painting and silkscreen printing. The second part will be live performances by local youth groups including art, music, dance and poetry. Join us and bring your family for a fun filled day full of learning and great entertainment.
